TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE HINGES OF THE REAR WINDOW DISINTEGRATED AND CAUSED THE GLASS TO BECOME UNSTABLE IN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY THE CONTACT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 92,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
