TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE SPRINTER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TAIL LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. THE BULBS WERE REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 273,000.
