Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOYOTA TACOMA. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V604000 (SUSPENSION) AND STATED THAT THE PART NEEDED WAS UNAVAILABLE TO PERFORM THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE REAR DRIVER SIDE LEAF SPRING FRACTURED AND THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WAS NOT TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
