I WAS REAR ENDED AT A DEAD STOP. UPON IMPACT MY SEAT(DRIVERS) SLID ALL THE WAY BACK CAUSING ME TO NOT KEEP MY FOOT ON OR REACH THE BREAK CAUSING ME TO ROLL FORWARD AND HIT THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME.
