TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 2500. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V313000 (AIR BAGS), THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE AIR BAG COVER WAS FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE CAUSED THE HORN TO BECOME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 176,830.
