"DOOR LOCKED FROM OUTSIDE" ON APRIL 27, 2016 I NOTICED THAT ON MY LR PASSENGER DOOR ON MY SORENTO THAT I WAS UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE. AFTER REVIEW MANY COMPLAINTS I UNDERSTAND THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THE SORENTOS, SPECIFICALLY THE 2011 YEAR. I FEEL THIS IS MOST DEFINATELY A SAFTY CONCERN FOR THE PASSENGERS IN MY VEHICLE. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TRUCK TO THE KIA DEALERSHIP TODAY TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON REPAIR. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM A DEATH ?!?!? PLEASE STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THIS FAULT.
