Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE'S FRAME FRACTURED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE FRAME FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE FRAME WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE ABNORMALLY WOBBLED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 19,000.
