Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH OVER POTHOLES OR BUMPS IN THE ROAD, THE SEAT BELT RATCHETING SYSTEM TIGHTENED UP THE PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT. THE SEAT BELT FAILED AND WOULD NOT READJUST TENSION UNTIL UNHITCHED AND RETURNED BACK TO THE START POSITION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE UNKNOWN.
