Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT NOTICED CRACKS ON THE DASHBOARD TOWARDS THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE NEAR THE AIR BAG COMPONENTS AND CRACKS ON THE DRIVER SIDE NEAR THE GAUGES. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED NO REPAIR SOLUTION OTHER THAN STATING TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 113,000.
