TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL BECAME DIFFICULT TO DEPRESS AND SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
