TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE HORN SOUNDED INDEPENDENTLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND UNOCCUPIED. THE CONTACT DISABLED THE HORN FUSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000.
