Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA TACOMA. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT OF A MANUFACTURER'S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CAMPAIGN RELATED TO FRAME CORROSION. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED AT THE DEALER, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FRAME WAS CORRODED. THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO OPERATE AND THE FRAME WOULD HAVE TO BE COMPLETELY REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE 180,000.
