Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 GMC ACADIA. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE REPAIRED FOR A RECALL PERTAINING TO THE LIFTGATE, SUPPORT STRUTS, AND REPROGRAMMING OF THE COMPUTER. AFTER THE REPAIR, THE ABILITY TO AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE THE LIFTGATE WAS INOPERABLE BECAUSE THE MOTOR STOPPED WORKING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 125,000.
