Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. IN ADDITION, THE GAUGES AND METERS ON THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER DISPLAYED INCORRECT READINGS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRAKE ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,480.
