TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 TOYOTA TUNDRA. THE CONTACT HAD THE VEHICLE INSPECTED BY THE DEALER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS SEVERE FRAME RUST. THE VEHICLE RECEIVED AN UNDERCOATING; HOWEVER, IT FAILED TO ELIMINATE FURTHER FRAME RUST. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT THE VEHICLE COULD FRACTURE WHILE DRIVING AND CAUSED SEVERE INJURIES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,298.
