TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD ABNORMALLY VIBRATE WHILE IDLING. THE FAILURE HAPPENED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 85,000.
