TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO BACK UP THE VEHICLE, IT INDEPENDENTLY MOVED OUT OF THE REVERSE GEAR AND WOULD NOT ALLOW THE CONTACT TO SHIFT INTO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 05V462000 (POWER TRAIN), BUT THE REMEDY FAILED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 161,926.
