Consumer Description

I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE REGARDING POTENTIAL ISSUES WITH THE POWER STEERING HOSE CLAMP FOR MY 2015 JEEP PATRIOT. I CONTACTED MARTY CANCILA (2175 N HWY 67, FLORISSANT, MO 63033) ON 2/8/16 TO SCHEDULE MY VEHICLE TO BE INSPECTED. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED PART IN AND THAT I WOULD BE PLACED ON A CALLBACK LIST. THE RECALL NOTICE STATES THAT IF THE DEALER HAS NOT REMEDIED THIS ISSUE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME THAT I HAD THE OPTION TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT. I AM NOT SURE WHAT CONSTITUTES AS A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. BUT, IF MY VEHICLE COULD POSSIBLY CATCH ON FIRE IF IT IS AFFECTED, I FEEL THIS IS AN URGENT MATTER THAT SHOULD NOT BE PLACED ON HOLD.
