WHILE DRIVING MY HEADLIGHTS, AND PARKING LIGHTS FLICKER LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE OR SOMETIMES JUST GO OUT, FOR A FEW SECONDS. I NOTICE THIS HAPPENS IN THE COLD WEATHER ESPECIALLY.
