TIRE BLOW OUT ON HIGHWAY:( HANCOOK P215/45R 17 DRIVER SIDE FRONT) CAR PURCHASED NEW ONLY 377 MILES ON IT WHEN BLOWOUT OCCURRED. ROAD WAS SMOOTH SPEED WAS 60 MPH WAS TOLD BY SERVICE DEPT. NO BUBBLES WERE FOUND, PROBLEM IS THE TIRE. NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
