2014 HONDA, CRV, AWD VIN#[XXX] PURCHASE ' NOV.7 2013 OWNER:[XXX]. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PROBLEM: DRIVER SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT WHEN SET DOES NOT HOLD POSITION WHEN DRIVING. SEAT WILL GO ALL THE WAY DOWN WHEN I DRIVE AND THE VISION TO SEE FORWARD IS UNABLE TO JUDGE OVER FRONT OF THE CAR UNTIL THE HANDLE IS ADJUSTED AND PUMPED UP AGAIN. FAILURES AND REPAIRS: FAILURE: SEAT TO HOLD POSITION WHEN SET. START DATE OF PROBLEM WAS THE DAY I BROUGHT IT HOME (PURCHASE DATE). ATTEMPTS MADE FOR REPAIRS - 4 TIMES BROUGHT TO DEALER SERVICE DEPT. NAPLETON ON 95TH ST. OAKLAWN IL. THEY CLAIM THEY PUT IN SEAT FRAME STILL DOES NOT WORK. GIVES EXCUSES CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTEE AND CAR. *BF 'INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).'
