Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WIRELESS KEY ENTRY AS WELL AS THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT NOW THE DRIVER SIDE WIRELESS KEY ENTRY AND INTERIOR THE ROCKER SWITCH BOTH FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000. UPDATED 04/20/16*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE DRIVER WOULD BE LOCKED IN THE VEHICLE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES.
