WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY TO WORK ON JANUARY 29, 2016 I TURNED ON MY WIPERS TO CLEAN THE WINDSHIELD AFTER I TURNED THE WIPERS OFF THEY STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINDSHIELD, EFFECTING MY VISION WHILE DRIVING. ONCE OFF, THEY WILL INTERMITTENTLY TURN THEMSELVES ON AND OFF FOR A PERIOD SOMETIMES STOPPING IN THE FIELD OF VISION.
