TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CADILLAC XTS. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE VIBRATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT ALL FOUR RIMS WERE BENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 28,676.
