Consumer Description

ON SEPTEMBER 24TH I WAS DRIVING AND THE FLOOR MAT GOT PUSHED FORWARD AND WRAPPED AROUND THE EXPOSED STEERING COLUMN. I HAD TO STOP THE CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY STREET TO GET OUT AND MANUALLY PULL THE FLOOR MAT OUT OF THE STEERING COLUMN BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO STEER THE CAR EVEN TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THEN, JANUARY 15TH I WAS DRIVING THROUGH THE IMPERIAL DUNES AREA ON THE WAY TO CALIFORNIA AND THE HARD PLASTIC STRIP THAT COVERS THE ROOF RACK HARDWARE (I DO NOT HAVE A ROOF RACK SO JEEP PUT A STRIP IN THERE TO COVER THE HARDWARE) BROKE IN HALF AND FLEW OFF MY VEHICLE WHILE GOING 70 MILES AN HOUR INTO THE TRAFFIC BEHIND ME.
