Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 NISSAN MURANO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A GLARE FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER VENT TO THE DASHBOARD, THAT WAS REFLECTED TO THE SIDE-VIEW MIRRORS ON THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BUT THERE WAS NO REPAIR AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL SOUND COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,039......UPDATED 03/15/16 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE NOISE ISSUE WAS REPAIRED, THROTTLE BODY WAS REPLACED. *JS
