TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE REAR WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE SAME FAILURE HAD OCCURRED TWO YEARS AGO. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSE OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
