TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 MERCURY MILAN. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO DECELERATE AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND THROTTLE BODY CONTROL LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED RANDOMLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 60,089.
