TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE POWERING STEERING MADE AN ABNORMAL NOISE WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
