TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 SATURN OUTLOOK. WHILE PLACING THE VEHICLE IN PARK POSITION, THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL SOUND COMING FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING VENTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE EVAPORATION CORE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
