TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SUBFRAME FOR THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE SEAT FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE INSPECTED FOR THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE SEAT'S SUBFRAME NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,600.
