Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER; HOWEVER, IT STILL HAD SOME ELECTRICAL FUNCTION. PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, THE VEHICLE WAS REMEDIED UNDER FORD'S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM 13N03, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE THROTTLE BODY WAS REPLACED AND THE VEHICLE WAS REPROGRAMMED THREE TIMES. THE FAILURE OCCURRED SEVEN TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,500.
