WRANGLER, 2 DOOR, 4 WHEEL DRIVE. HIGHWAY SPEED, APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH. APPARENTLY IT WAS NOT COVERED BY NHTSA ID: 13V176000, CHRYSLER RECALL M31.
