TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHIFT OUT OF GEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION CAUSED THE GEAR SHIFT TO FAIL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,600.
