TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH, WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIPERS FAILED TO PULL ENOUGH AM BREACH FROM THE TIPM. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,362.
