Consumer Description

THE POWER SLIDING DOOR STOPPED WORKING.. UPON CLOSE NOTICE, IT LOOKS LIKE THE CABLE IS BROKEN. I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THIS ISSUE ON MY 2011 MODEL SIENNA XLE ALL WHEEL DRIVE. IT LOOKS LIKE THERE WAS A RECALL RELATED TO THIS ISSUE IN THE PREVIOUS GENERATION AS SHOWN IN THIS LINK. HTTP://MEDIA.FIXED-OPS.COM/TOY_CAMPAIGNS/CSP-ZTS.PDF. IT SEEMS LIKE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERS MODELS FROM 2007 TO 2010... BUT MY CAR IS A 2011 YEAR MODEL PURCHASED DURING 2010.
