TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE TRAVELING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS AND ATTEMPTING TO COME TO A STOP, THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP. THE CONTACT FELT A SLIGHT JERKING MOTION. THE FAILURE WAS PERSISTENT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS UNABLE TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 38,000.
