Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BMW 750LI. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DOOR OPENED INADVERTENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN OCCASIONALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS A SOFTWARE ISSUE THAT NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000.
