TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V415000 (STRUCTURE) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR REPAIR. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, THE LIFTGATE FELL ON THE CONTACT'S HEAD. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
