Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI ELANTRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED AND FAILED TO RESTART. THE FAILURE WAS RECURRING. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE A FAILURE. AFTER EXPERIENCING THE FAILURE A THIRD TIME, THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE BRAKE SWITCH. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
