Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE AT A STOP, THE VEHICLE SHOOK WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS APPLIED. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE JERKED BEFORE ACCELERATING. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO RESET THE COMPUTER AND REPLACED THE FUEL MODULE, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,200.
