Consumer Description
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THAT MANY OTHER DODGE RAM OWNERS HAVE. THE AIR CONDITIONING/HEATER PLENUM DOORS FAIL AND YOU CAN NOT USE THE DEFROST OR THE FLOOR VENTS. THIS IS A FAULTY PRODUCT AND A SAFETY CONCERN TO MANY.PLEASE HELP
