Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND THE VEHICLE HESITATED TO RESPOND. THE "SERVICE ACCELERATOR" MESSAGE SUDDENLY DISPLAYED PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD RESUME TO NORMAL FUNCTION INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
