TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET TRAX. WHILE AT A STOP ON A SLIGHT INCLINE, THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACK. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE REMEDY WAS UNABLE TO BE PROVIDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,000.
