TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BATTERY WAS MOUNTED UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT AND WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. THE CONTACT NOTIFIED THE DEALER, BUT THE MECHANIC COULD NOT REMOVE THE BATTERY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
