Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REVERSING, THE FRONT WHEELS SEIZED AND TURNED INWARD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE TIE RODS FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 59,000. UPDATED 11/09/15*LJ *CN
