Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT SUSPENSION WAS UNSTABLE AND THE VEHICLE SWAYED FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. THE CONTACT HAD TO APPLY FORCE TO THE STEERING WHEEL EACH TIME THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY IN THE FRONT AND THE REAR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000. UPDATED 12/09/15. *JB
