DOOR SWUNG OPEN IN PARKING LOT. DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE AT ALL AND IT WILL NOT LATCH, CAR IS NOT DRIVABLE. IT COULD HAVE CAUSED INJURY OR DAMAGE IF THE DOOR HIT SOMEONE.
