Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2008 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VEER LEFT AND RIGHT UNCONTROLLABLY. THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, VEERED OFF THE ROAD, AND CRASHED UPSIDE DOWN. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
