Consumer Description
FRONT PASSENGER DOOR FAILED TO CLOSE. THE PROBLEM IS IDENTICAL TO THE PROBLEM DESCRIBED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V246000. THE VEHICLE WAS MANUFACTURED ON JULY 3, 2013, WHICH IS PAST THE MAY 31, 2013 CUTOFF FOR THE AFFECTED VEHICLES, ACCORDING TO FORD. REPLACING THE DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. THE REPLACED PART HAS A PART NUMBER OF AE8A-5421812. .....UPDATED 12/03/15 *BF *CN
